Bayern Munich have agreed to a new £70.5m deal to sign Chelsea forward Nicolas Jackson on loan with an obligation to buy; the Blues originally pulled out of the deal on Saturday following an injury to Liam Delap; Bayern will pay an increased loan fee for the player of £14.2m
Jackson, who has agreed a contract with Bayern, will travel to Munich on Saturday afternoon to have a medical and finalise his move.
The 24-year-old had told Chelsea earlier this month that he wanted to consider his options during the transfer window after the club signed strikers Joao Pedro and Liam Delap this summer.
Jackson had huge interest from a number of clubs in the Premier League and Europe, but his mind was made up when Bayern made their interest known.
The fresh terms will see Bayern pay an increased loan fee of £14.25m (€16.4m) from £13m (€15m) with an obligation to buy the player for £56.25m (€65m) depending on appearances made.
The previous deal that had been agreed included an option to make the move permanent but Chelsea wanted the deal to include an obligation to make the switch permanent.

Bayern were originally informed that Chelsea would not be able to proceed with the previously proposed deal after striker Liam Delap suffered an injury against Fulham on Saturday.
Jackson had his heart set on a move to the Bundesliga champions and remained in Germany despite Chelsea pulling out of the deal, with his agent Ali Barat confirming to Sky Sports News that his team would do "everything" to secure the move.
